- "These beautiful girls have a filthy habit. Shot by Mark Dorrian and artistically directed by Sean Aidan Maguire, Chicks Who Smoke presents us with a global look at women indulging in their dirty little pastime. But smoking’s bad for you, right? Well, obviously. But you’re missing the point. Peel away the controversy (it causes lung cancer, you know) and you’re met with an exquisite collection of photographs which explore the beautiful and the ugly side by side. Chicks Who Smokes showcases women from the demure and elegant to the gritty and androgynous, each connected by one simple prop. A cigarette. Of course, smoking is impure, disgusting even, but there is a subtle romance which surrounds each of the chicks.
